REFUND POLICY

All sales at Goblin Supply Co. are final.

Digital Downloads
Because our digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason including change of mind or accidental purchases.
The only exceptions are:
Your file was corrupted and cannot be opened
Your file was never delivered to your email after purchase
In either case contact us at info@altrstudio.in within 7 days of purchase with your order number and we will resend your file. If we are unable to deliver a working file we will issue a full refund.

Hardcover Edition
For customers who have pre-ordered or are waiting for the physical hardcover edition, we do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been placed and dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us at info@altrstudio.in within 7 days of receiving it and we will assess on a case by case basis.
We do not offer partial refunds under any circumstances.
